I, along with 6 other Langdon members are participating in the Nutrition Workshops. The workshops are for five weeks and we have already had two sessions. I am really enjoying.
The workshops are run by Laura, a qualified Nutritionist. Since it has started I have learnt about carbohydrates, fats and proteins. At our first session we made hummus, which I liked and at the second we made egg muffins, which I made for the first time and I also like these. We have our own shopping list to buy our ingredients for the sessions and the food which we make we take home
Since the workshops have started I have learnt about healthy eating, we learn through fun games such as good food, bad food. I am so glad I signed up for the Nutrition Workshops.
